Zusammenfassung

Innofreight Solutions GmbH in Austria seeks an employee (m/f/d) in billing for damage claims. Part-time (min. 25 hours/week) or full-time at the Bruck an der Mur site.

You will handle billing based on contracts, support project finances, and liaise with Finance and Sales to resolve claims. The ideal candidate has training in finance or business, experience in billing, strong Excel skills, and fluent English.

Qualifikationen

• Completed technical or business training (HTL, HAK, or similar).
• Experience in billing, bookkeeping, or accounting is a plus.
• Structured, precise, numerically oriented with strong organization.
• MS Office, especially Excel; ERP/payroll systems desirable (BMD).
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Aufgaben

• Billing and allocation of maintenance work based on contracts.
• Support financial management of maintenance projects.
• Review invoices and billing criteria.
• Act as contact for internal departments on billing and claims.
• Support commercial matters related to claims.
