Qualifications

• Several years of experience building and closing complex software and digital projects.

• Solid expertise in software development, digital platforms, as well as AI and cloud solutions.

Responsibilities

• You will build the sales function at KEBA Digital, developing the strategy for AI-based solutions and software projects while thinking like a founder.
• You identify and unlock new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments.
• You inspire new customers with our smart solutions.
• You are responsible for the revenue and profit targets of the business unit.
• You analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to make well-informed decisions.
• You subsequently take responsibility for building a high-performing sales team.
• You build bridges and create synergies in close collaboration with the sales organizations of other units.
• You represent our company at conferences, trade fairs, and on digital platforms.
