Zusammenfassung

GoodWe is seeking a Customer Success Manager Austria & Switzerland (m/f/d) to build strong relationships with installers and distribution partners, ensuring long-term retention across our European network.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to onboard customers, provide technical guidance, and identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience with our solar software solutions.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in Customer Success or similar role in energy/tech industries.
• Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Experience with solar, PV, inverters, or energy storage is a plus.
• Strong customer service and retention know-how.
• Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Manage relationships with B2B customers incl. installers and distributors.
• Coordinate onboarding with the technical team and kickoff meetings.
• Establish and maintain customer service policies and best practices.
• Provide high-level technical and product support.
• Identify new sales opportunities and pass leads to Sales Manager.
• Organize training programs for customers and prospects.
• Handle complaints and continuously improve customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Technical teams cross-functionally.
• Work with the local GW Sales Manager on meetings and visits.
