Q8Truck is seeking a Territory Manager Austria to drive growth across Austria, focusing on new customer acquisition and strengthening existing relationships. You will negotiate terms, manage pricing, and ensure a healthy portfolio while collaborating with an international team.

The role requires fluent German and English, a track record in B2B sales in transport or mobility, and a proactive, independent mindset with willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• A degree in Sales, Business, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of B2B sales experience in transport or mobility industry.
• Strong communicator with negotiation and presentation skills.
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages a plus.
• Independent, proactive and willing to travel frequently.
• Tech-savvy with SAP, MS Office, Business Objects and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive Q8Truck’s growth across Austria by building market presence.
• Grow business by winning new customers and expanding relationships with existing ones.
• Negotiate pricing and discounts to secure long-term partnerships.
• Monitor credit risks and safeguard a healthy customer portfolio.
• Spot market trends and report results to help shape strategy.
• Collaborate with team and share knowledge to maintain a positive sales environment.
• Maintain organized records using CRM and up-to-date administration.
• Sell, connect, and grow daily.
