Upway is building the world’s leading marketplace for refurbished e-bikes and expanding in Austria. This Regional Business Development Manager role is field-based, focusing on growing Upway’s retailer network and driving trade-ins with bike shops and regional chains.

You will spend 3–4 days in the field, travel frequently within Austria, and collaborate with retailers to onboard partners, secure high-quality e-bikes, and promote Upway’s trade-in solution as a daily sales tool.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in B2B sales, business development, or purchasing.
• Sales DNA with ambitious, outbound hunting mindset.
• Willing to travel about 80% of time within the region.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent German and professional English for internal and partner communications.

Responsibilities

• Own a major Austrian region and manage relationships end-to-end.
• Identify, prospect, and onboard independent bike shops and regional chains.
• Procure excess stock and secure favorable trade-in terms.
• Build trust with partners and enable the trade‑in platform as a daily tool.
