Job summary

UnFoldMart seeks a Business Head Austria to build and lead the Austrian market from Vienna, with hybrid work and a track record in agency, consultancy, or B2B services. You will own revenue growth, win new clients, and manage senior Austrian relationships, backed by a global studio.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in relevant sectors, a strong Austrian network, German at C2 and fluent English, plus a hunter mindset to nurture long-term client ties.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in agency, consultancy or B2B services.
• Strong network among Austrian marketing and brand decision-makers.
• German at C2 level and English fluency.
• Hunter's drive with ability to build long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Grow Austria revenue via the growth plan and pipeline.
• Open doors with brands across FMCG, D2C, tourism, industry and tech.
• Lead the most important Austrian client relationships personally.
• Build partnerships with chambers, industry networks, platforms and other agencies.
• Shape and hire the first Austrian team as the business grows.
• Represent Austria with events, panels and local presence.
