Sobi in Vienna is seeking a Commercial Support professional to help marketing and sales operations, coordinating internal processes and producing materials.

The role collaborates with cross-functional teams, collects market insights, and communicates with stakeholders while ensuring compliance. Fluency in German is required; English and French are desirable; a proactive, organized approach will support executives and drive business impact.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Marketing and Sales Support and Project Management.
• Direct customer relationship management experience and an ability to engage with customer needs in supporting company projects.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and a hands-on delivery of projects.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools.
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
• Service-minded, proactive, and detail-oriented approach.

Aufgaben

• Develop and support production of marketing and sales material.
• Drive branded tactics that are in line with core product messaging and highest standards of compliance; e.g. branded commercial material.
• Learning to be responsible for giving feedback about local commercialization needs and market and competitor perspectives into global strategy development through appropriate channels.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
