JOBSTODAY.WORLD is hiring Sales and Marketing Specialists to support diverse clients across Austria. The role focuses on driving sales growth, increasing brand visibility, and executing integrated marketing campaigns in both digital and traditional channels.

The ideal candidate will bring a Marketing/Business background, 2+ years of experience, and strong German language skills, with the ability to work on-site at multiple client locations across Austria.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a combined role.
• Fluency in German; English is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Plan, execute, and optimize sales and marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing strategies aligned with client goals.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports for stakeholders.
• Assist in creating marketing content, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Participate in client meetings and support account management activities.
• Manage CRM data and maintain accurate client records.
• Support social media campaigns, newsletters, and other engagement initiatives.
