The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, and a strong grasp of South African building regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential.
• Solid understanding of South African building regulations and construction practices.
• Strong technical drawing and detailing skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed drawings (plans, sections, elevations, details) using CAD/BIM.
• Develop technical specifications and schedules for materials/finishes.
• Coordinate drawings with structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers.
