Placements24 is seeking a meticulous Construction Documentation Specialist for a fully remote role with our global architectural client. You will translate designs into precise drawings, specifications, and schedules, collaborating with architects and project managers from anywhere in the world.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 years of experience in architectural construction documentation, expert Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD skills, and a strong grasp of building codes and materials.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in architectural construction documentation.
• Strong proficiency with BIM software and construction documentation standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed construction drawings (plans, sections, elevations, details) using BIM software.
• Prepare technical specifications for building materials, systems, and finishes.
• Coordinate drawings with MEP and structural documents.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards and regulations.
• Review shop drawings and submittals for design intent.
• Maintain project documentation with version control and accessibility.
