Qualifikationen

• 2-4 years of experience in application support, service operations, production support, or a similar role.
• Experience with automation, deployment processes, release management, and configuration management.
• Experience working within international and multicultural environments is highly valued.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Aufgaben

• Provide 2nd level support for Global Blue Traveller Solutions.
• Own operational knowledge as SME for a designated TravellerHost service.
• Monitor service health and improve observability using tools like Splunk.
• Drive automation to improve deployments, maintenance, and efficiency.
• Plan and execute software releases across production and non-production environments.
• Collaborate with development teams and external partners to investigate incidents and drive problem management.
