SupportYourApp in Innsbruck, Austria, seeks a T3 Support Engineer to troubleshoot escalated issues across web, backend, and databases, and to collaborate with Engineering for fixes. You will read code, analyze logs, and reproduce errors in multiple environments.

The role requires strong English (C1), solid SQL, and experience with AWS, Sentry, Grafana, and modern web tech. You will mentor junior staff, expand runbooks, and help maintain service reliability while working remotely within the EU.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent English skills (C1) for spoken and written communication.
• Experience in Technical Support, SRE, or Engineering with strong troubleshooting and code-reading skills.
• Strong SQL skills with production-scale relational databases.
• Working knowledge of PHP and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Familiarity with AWS or another cloud provider, including logs, services, and secrets.
• Experience with Sentry or similar error-tracking tools and Grafana or similar monitoring tools.
• Strong written communication and ability to document technical findings clearly.
• Strong analytical thinking and research skills.
• Ability to identify when escalation to Engineering is required.
• Positive, proactive and responsible attitude.
• Reliable home-office setup with stable internet.
