Job summary

Digicust is seeking an engaged professional to support customers in Austria with AI-based customs automation. The role focuses on understanding customs processes, implementing solutions, and guiding customers through digital transformation.

The candidate should have a degree in business, IT, or logistics, several years in customs or technical customer support, and strong German-speaking skills. English is a plus; remote work within Austria is available.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand customers' customs processes.
• Assist in implementing and optimizing AI-based customs solutions.
• Support change management for customers during digital transformation.
• Conduct training and onboarding for Digicust platform users.
• Collaborate with internal IT for product improvements and development.
• Serve as interface between customers, sales, product development, and technology.
• Provide ongoing account management and identify optimization potential.
