Springtime Technologies seeks a senior architect to lead AI-led AP automation design. You’ll own end-to-end architecture, define data flows, model placement and platform integration in a hands-on Python role.

You will prototype components, write reference implementations, and guide engineering teams through architectural changes while balancing accuracy, security and cost per document at scale.

Qualifikationen

• Ten years in software engineering with senior architect roles.
• Strong Python programming and production coding.
• AI/ML systems in production with LLMs.
• Distributed systems and API design expertise.
• Relational data modelling with SQL Server.
• Cloud, CI/CD and containerised deployment (Docker).
• Judgement on model usage; defend choices to execs.

Aufgaben

• Own the target architecture for AI-led AP automation for the next 3–5 years.
• Set architectural direction across the platform: service boundaries, data flows, integration patterns.
• Stay hands-on in Python and write reference implementations demonstrating architecture.
• Decide where AI belongs and where not; ML/LLMs, rules and deterministic parts.
• Design for accuracy, explainability, auditability, data residency and security.
• Translate architecture into a roadmap with migrations and sequencing.
• Lead through influence; architecture reviews and mentoring across teams.
• Raise engineering bar for models, services and data pipelines.
