Novartis Pharma Austria is seeking a DAP Manager to act as the local technical expert for data, analytics, automation and AI within Execution Excellence. You will drive value from data and AI across Commercial, Value & Access, and Medical Affairs, translating global strategy into impactful solutions.

You will work with Python, Azure, Snowflake and Power BI to design scalable data products, AI use cases and automated workflows.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in informatics, bioscience or business administration.
• 5+ years in digital platforms, automation, AI or analytics roles.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data transformation.
• Experience with Snowflake (or Databricks) and Azure.
• Experience with Power BI dashboards for insights generation.

• Act as local technical expert for data, analytics, automation and AI within Execution Excellence.
• Develop production-grade data solutions in Python and SQL; build Snowflake pipelines.
• Integrate local data sources into the global Snowflake ecosystem with governance and privacy in mind.
• Co-create Power BI solutions; maintain robust semantic models and reliable data refreshes.
• Leverage Azure and OpenAI services for data integration, model development and AI use cases.
• Define AI roadmap with Leadership; measure adoption, impact and governance.
