Tieto Tech Consulting is seeking an AI & Data Architect to design architectures for AI-enabled workflows, from data foundations to agentic systems. You will guide technology choices and ADRs, aligning with security and business goals.

You'll work across cloud platforms, governance, and operating models, collaborating with engineering, operations, and sales. Fluent German and English are required; hybrid work model offered; competitive salary starting at €80,000.

Qualifikationen

• Strong experience designing and implementing modern Data & AI architectures, from the data foundation to the AI services and workflows built on it.
• Confidence in customer-facing situations - from technical discovery to explaining a difficult architecture decision to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to build architectures that evolve, working hands-on and in close collaboration with engineering & operations teams.

Aufgaben

• Define target architectures and roadmaps across AI & Data platforms that are aligned with our customers' business, IT and security requirements.
• Translate between the worlds of engineering, business, IT and operations, making sure everyone ends up with the same picture.
• Guide customers in building AI-ready data foundations and governance, from data quality and access control to lineage.
• Own architecture decisions and make them traceable through ADRs, documented trade-offs, and the reasoning behind them.
