Job summary

TTTECH Systems SE in Vienna seeks a Senior Management Assistant – Aerospace to serve as a central hub for eight senior managers, coordinating calendars, travel, and onboarding with internal and external partners. You will prepare presentations, reports, meeting minutes, and support budgeting, invoice processing, and contract administration while ensuring efficient information flow and proactive task follow-ups.

Strong English skills required; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial education or an equivalent qualification.
• Several years of professional experience as a Management Assistant, Executive Assistant, Team Assistant, or in a comparable coordination role.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills with a high level of discretion and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and organizational support to a leadership team of eight senior managers.
• Act as the central coordination interface between management, employees, customers, and external partners.
• Manage complex calendars, meeting schedules, and leadership meetings across multiple stakeholders.
