The role focuses on technical and disciplinary leadership of the finance team, overseeing invoicing and accounts receivable for international events, restaurants, lounges and hotels, and supporting monthly and annual financial statements.

The position requires a strong sense of responsibility, German and English language skills, and hands-on, structured working methods within a dynamic, international HQ in Vienna.

Responsibilities

• Technical and disciplinary management of the team.
• Handling invoicing and accounts receivable for international catering, restaurants, lounges and hotel.
• Contribute to invoicing processes and monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements.
• Prepare outgoing invoices to national and international customers.
• Post bank and cash vouchers and outgoing invoices.
