Job summary

Rosewood Hotel Group in Vienna seeks an experienced Finance Manager to lead day-to-day accounting, budgeting and reporting in a luxury hospitality setting.

You will collaborate across departments, ensure compliance with USALI/UGB, and support the Director of Finance with monthly corporate reports. Qualifications

• Experience in a similar management position in finance.
• Strong coordination and planning skills.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Hospitality experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Share responsibility for day-to-day accounting tasks and monthly/annual statements.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and USALI/UGB.
• Support departments in monthly P&Ls.
• Assist with budget preparation and control.
• Support the Director of Finance with monthly corporate reports.
• Lead projects for developing the finance department and internal control.
• Share responsibility for cash management guidelines.
• Monitor risk management procedures.
• Administer contracts and financial obligations.
