Our client, a Solen Software Group portfolio company, specializes in Fleet Management Software & GPS telematics, helping utilities, equipment rental fleets, police, first responders, and North American municipalities run efficiently.
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Full-Cycle Sales Rep to promote our SaaS solutions in GPS & Telematics and Enterprise Asset Management for fleet operations, focusing on utility companies, government, construction, education, and field services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outreach via cold calls, emails, and social media.
- Deliver sales pitches and demos explaining our cloud-based products.
- Identify client needs and recommend solutions.
- Customize presentations based on client feedback.
- Build long-term client relationships.
- Achieve sales targets within set timelines.
- Coordinate with team members and departments.
- Stay informed on best practices and trends.
- Improve sales techniques and document efforts in CRM.
Qualifications:
- Experience as an outbound sales representative or similar role.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and CRM.
- Proficiency in English and strong communication skills.
- Experience hosting SaaS demos.
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
- Experience with CRM software, preferably Zoho CRM.
- Resilience handling rejection and stress.
- High school diploma required; BS/BA is a plus.
- Interpersonal skills and customer-centric approach.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Experience in Telematics, Fleet Management, or IoT is a plus.
