Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing.
• Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Travel, Finance, and Government clients, establishing strong relationships to accelerate YouTube+ business and share shift from TV/Social.
• Partner cross‑functionally with key client stakeholders to execute Joint Business Plans, up‑front planning, and incentive programs that unlock profitable growth.
• Analyze market trends, performance data, and consumer behavior to deliver tailored business solutions and client presentations.
• Build trusted relationships with executive‑level advertisers and agency partners, leveraging internal teams to solve core business issues.
• Manage sales pipelines to ensure accurate forecasting while continuously identifying new, transformative business opportunities.
