JLL in Buenos Aires, Argentina, is seeking a Workplace Ambassador to lead front-of-house operations, including reception, mail, and events coordination, while supporting the help desk to deliver a high-end service to clients, visitors, and vendors. This on-site role reports to Facilities Management and runs Monday to Friday 9:00 am–6:00 pm under an indefinite contract.

Formación

• Technical or University degree or equivalent experience in hospitality or corporate office settings.
• Fluent English with 1–3 years in reception, business center coordination or customer service.
• Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
• Ability to build relationships and work cross-functionally.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Motivated, independent worker with flexible schedule when needed.

Responsabilidades

• Manage first line soft services: reception, mail, and events coordination.
• Lead reception and business center teams and support help desk for client service.
• Coordinate with FM team for space setup and vendor meetings.
• Support weekly/monthly building inspections and service requests within SLAs.
• Organize internal/external client events and monitor conferencing facilities.
• Handle local procurement in collaboration with regional sourcing and procurement.
• Ensure inventory supplies and oversee visitor registration and room bookings.
