JLL is seeking a Lobby Host in Buenos Aires to deliver an exceptional Microsoft visitor experience. You will greet guests, manage check-in, issue badges, and guide visitors to their destinations with a professional, helpful demeanor.

You will coordinate with staff, keep the lobby and meeting areas presentable, handle deliveries, and assist with events. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, and 1–3 years in customer services is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in customer services or related field.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer experience for all visitors at the lobby.
• Greet, register and badge visitors and manage front desk flow.
• Enter guest information into the visitor system and notify staff as needed.
• Answer inquiries, provide directions, and assist with local services and building amenities.
• Arrange taxi or rideshare and provide guest Wi‑Fi access as required.
• Keep lobby tidy, coordinate with facilities for deliveries, and support events.
