Svitla Systems Inc. is seeking a Workday Platform Developer for a full-time position in Argentina.

The role focuses on platform stability, configuration, production support, security, integrations, and issue resolution within the People Foundation Pod (Core HCM, Workday Help, and VNDLY). The developer will collaborate with Product Management, HR Shared Services, and technical teams to keep the platform reliable, scalable, and secure, ensuring smooth worker lifecycle data and incident resolution.

• 5+ years hands-on Workday experience with Core HCM knowledge.
• Experience configuring Workday: Business Processes, condition rules, validations, notifications, security, and worker lifecycle.
• Experience supporting worker/contingent lifecycles: staffing, job changes, organizations, supervisory structures.
• Proven production support experience: troubleshooting, incident resolution, root-cause analysis.
• Troubleshoot Workday integrations and data-flow issues (inbound/outbound, system-to-system).
• Identify issue origin (Workday/configuration vs integration vs external systems) and partner with developers to resolve.
• Ability to work independently, follow established patterns, implement sustainable fixes.
• Strong understanding of Workday platform health, release readiness, and production stability.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with Product Management, HR Shared Services, and technical teams.
• Candidates with titles like Workday HCM Consultant or Analyst should be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Own the day-to-day operational health of Workday capabilities across Core HCM, Workday Help, and VNDLY.
• Investigate and resolve production issues affecting Core HCM, Workday Help, and worker data lifecycles.
• Troubleshoot Business Processes, configuration, security, transactions, routing, and notifications.
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement sustainable fixes to prevent recurring incidents.
• Maintain and improve Workday configuration health and address technical debt.
• Configure and maintain Workday functionality supporting worker lifecycle, organizations, and staffing.
• Support Workday integrations with internal teams to troubleshoot APIs and data flows.
• Determine issue origins and validate data integrity across Workday and connected systems.
• Support release readiness, platform stability, security, and KTLO activities across the People Foundation domain.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on processes that cross organizational boundaries.

Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Workday Platform Developer for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Argentina. Our client is one of the world’s largest and fastest-growing job sites.

The People Foundation Pod supports Core HCM, Workday Help, and VNDLY, ensuring accurate worker, organization, employee service, and contractor lifecycle data. This hands-on contract role focuses on Workday platform stability, configuration, production support, security, integrations, and issue resolution. The developer works closely with Product Management, HR Shared Services, and technical teams to keep the platform reliable, scalable, secure, and well controlled.

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday, with strong functional knowledge of Workday Core HCM.
• Hands-on experience with Workday configuration, including Business Processes, condition rules, validations, notifications, security assignments, and worker lifecycle processes.
• Strong experience supporting worker and contingent worker lifecycle processes, including staffing, job changes, organizations, supervisory structures, and foundational worker data.
• Proven experience with Workday production support, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and root-cause analysis across functional and technical issues.
• Ability to troubleshoot common Workday integration and data-flow issues, including inbound/outbound integrations and system-to-system dependencies.
• Experience identifying whether issues originate from Workday configuration, integration logic, or external systems, and partnering with Integration Developers to resolve them.
• Ability to work independently, follow established configuration and integration patterns, and implement sustainable fixes for recurring production issues.
• Strong understanding of Workday platform health, operational support, configuration maintenance, release readiness, and production stability.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with Product Management, Functional and Integration Development, HR Shared Services, and other Corporate Systems teams.
• Candidates with titles such as Workday HCM Consultant or Workday HCM Analyst should also be considered; sourcing should not be limited to Workday Platform Developer titles.

• Experience with Workday Help, including case routing, security, visibility, configuration, and business processes.

• Troubleshoot Business Processes, configuration, security assignments, transactions, routing, condition rules, notifications, validations, and unexpected system behavior.
• Perform root-cause analysis for production-impacting issues and implement sustainable fixes to prevent recurring incidents.
• Maintain and improve Workday configuration health, proactively identifying technical and functional debt and areas requiring remediation.
• Configure and maintain Workday functionality supporting worker and contingent worker lifecycle, organizations, supervisory structures, staffing, job changes, Business Processes, security, and foundational data.
• Support Workday integrations, including inbound and outbound data flows and system-to-system dependencies, partnering with Integration Developers to troubleshoot APIs, web services, middleware, and downstream systems.
• Determine whether issues originate from Workday configuration, integration logic, or external system behavior, and help validate data integrity across Workday and connected systems.
• Support the operational health and configuration of Workday Help, including case routing, security, visibility, and business process issues.
• Partner with HR Shared Services to identify systemic platform issues, reduce support volume, and improve self-service, automation, and configuration.
• Support VNDLY and contingent worker processes, troubleshooting worker data, lifecycle processes, and integration issues affecting contractors and downstream People processes.
• Partner with Procurement, Finance, Integration teams, Product Management, and other stakeholders on processes that cross organizational and system boundaries.
• Partner with Functional Developers when issues require larger enhancements, redesigns, or new Workday capabilities.
• Support release readiness, platform stability, security, and ongoing KTLO activities across the People Foundation domain.
