Svitla Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Workday Financials Consultant for a full-time position (40 hours per week).

You will join the Finance Solution Delivery Team and partner with Finance, Accounting, and Procurement stakeholders to support Workday Financials operations, enhancements, and strategic initiatives. The role demands hands-on Workday Financials configuration, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Financials.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end financial processes within Workday.
• Experience supporting both production support and project-based work.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Strong problem-solving and systems-thinking capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on configuration and support across multiple Workday Financials domains.
• Act as a flexible resource, stepping into priority areas based on business demand.
• Support production issues, troubleshoot defects, and deliver timely resolutions.
• Design and implement scalable solutions aligned with long-term platform health.
• Partner with functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into system solutions.
• Contribute to ongoing enhancements, optimizations, and process improvements.
• Operate independently within Workday Financials.
• Act as a "utility player" across multiple modules.
• Support both production issues and ongoing configuration work.

Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior Workday Financials Consultant for a full‑time position (40 hours per week). Our client is one of the world's largest and fastest‑growing job sites.

You’ll join the Finance Solution Delivery Team on a contract basis. This role is designed to provide additional capacity across a lean, high‑performing team and requires a versatile expert who can step into multiple functional areas as needed. You will partner closely with Finance, Accounting, and Procurement stakeholders to support ongoing operations, enhancements, and strategic initiatives within Workday Financials.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Workday Financials.
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end financial processes within Workday.
• Experience supporting both production support and project‑based work.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.
• Strong problem‑solving and systems‑thinking capabilities.
• Top Priority Areas – Financial Accounting (highest priority), Expenses, Business Assets;
• Secondary – Banking & Settlement;
• Lower Priority/De‑emphasized – Procurement (phasing out), VNDLY experience (as a bonus).

Nice to have:

• Experience with Workday Accounting Center and Prism.
• Experience working in a lean team with broad domain ownership.
• Familiarity with Workday integrations and reporting.
• Experience supporting cross‑functional initiatives.
• Exposure to Workday Orchestrations or automation frameworks.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with business stakeholders.
