Svitla Systems, Inc. is seeking a Product DevOps Engineer in Argentina to join our client’s team on a full-time basis. You will help drive infrastructure-as-code initiatives and bridge development and operations to accelerate delivery of reliable software.

You’ll work with AWS-based systems, CI/CD pipelines, and security best practices while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role suits someone with an infrastructure background eager to deepen dev skills in a product environment.

Formación

  • Experience maintaining and deploying highly available, fault-tolerant systems at scale.
  • Knowledge of AWS and its services (IAM, EC2, VPC, ELB, ALB, Lambda).
  • A drive towards automating repetitive tasks (e.g. scripting via Bash, Python, Ruby, etc.).
  • Advanced understanding of protocols/technologies like HTTP, SSL, LDAP, SQL, HTML, XML.
  • Previous experience working in a product development environment.
  • A thorough understanding of security principals and concerns.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux scripting languages.
  • The ability to adapt to new technologies.
  • A deep understanding of continuous integration, continuous delivery, software configuration management, version control, and release management.
  • Demonstrated problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Self‑starter with the ability to quickly learn new tools and products.
  • Exceptional verbal and documentation skills.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset likes working in an agile environment, driven to ship frequently.

Responsabilidades

  • Iterate on best practices to increase the quality & velocity of deployments.
  • Ensure observability of products released to environments.
  • Provide development teams with a reliable infrastructure.
  • Provide input on the priorities of the team's technical debt.
  • Ensure that the infrastructure is adequately documented.
  • Drive high standards around incident response practices and policies.
  • Support and work alongside a cross‑functional engineering team on the latest technologies.
  • Help to define, improve, and document the processes.
  • Deploy and maintain CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments.
  • Deploy and support critical applications on a cloud‑native microservices architecture.
  • Implement automation, effective monitoring, and infrastructure‑as‑code according to architectural requirements.
  • Establish DevOps best practices through collaboration.
  • Create tools to empower developers to manage production infrastructure.
  • Design and develop patterns to impact the development, deployment, and introspection processes positively.
  • Maintain regular communication with other team members and stakeholders to ensure the quality and timely product deliveries.

Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Product DevOps Engineer for a full‑time position (40 hours per week) in Argentina. Our client is the leading investor relations software provider, holding the largest global collection of exclusive investor data. Their solution connects public companies with investors through AI‑driven data.

You will be an integral part of the company's infrastructure‑as‑code initiative. This role combines development and operations to reduce the cost and turnaround time of tech projects while improving the ability to maintain their infrastructure. It is a great role for someone with an infrastructure background looking to deepen their development skills, or for a developer looking to dive deeper into infrastructure. Also, you’ll have the possibility to join an up‑and‑coming startup and work with an experienced team. You’ll be able to make many of the decisions and drive best‑in‑class infrastructure practices across the company.

Requirements:
