• 3–5 years of experience in Kubernetes Administration, DevOps, SRE roles.
• Experience with Git and GitOps.
• Familiarity with ArgoCD.
• Experience with open-source Kubernetes ecosystem and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong communication and ability to work independently.

• Support Kubernetes operational work by clearing backlog tickets and maintaining/upgrading clusters.
• Deploy open-source components and ensure smooth integrations and upgrades.
• Refine processes for Kubernetes changes and automate workflows using Bash or scripting languages.

• Clear backlog tickets related to Kubernetes updates and configurations.
• Maintain, upgrade, and deploy Kubernetes clusters and components.

Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a DevOps Engineer for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Argentina. Our client is one of the world’s largest and fastest-growing job sites.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Kubernetes Administrator, DevOps Engineer, SRE, or a combination of these roles.
• Git and GitOps.
• ArgoCD.
• Familiarity with open-source technologies in the Kubernetes ecosystem. Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong communication.
• Independence and professionalism.

Nice to have

• Bash scripting
• CKA certification
• Experience writing and updating internal documentation for tasks and processes

Responsibilities

• Support Kubernetes operational work by clearing backlog tickets, maintaining and upgrading Kubernetes clusters, and deploying open-source components.
• Drive continuous improvement by refining processes for recognizing, notifying, and updating Kubernetes changes, while collaborating with other teams to ensure smooth integrations and upgrades.
• Use Gitlab and ArgoCD for GitOps-based Kubernetes deployments, write and update internal documentation, and automate operational workflows using Bash or other scripting languages.
• Clear backlog tickets related to Kubernetes updates and configurations.
• Maintain, upgrade, and deploy Kubernetes clusters and open-source components.
• Refine Kubernetes change processes and automate operational workflows using Bash or other scripting languages.
