Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Full Stack Developer with Angular/Golang for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Argentina. Our client is a global technology company specializing in self-service payment solutions and digital customer engagement for the retail petroleum industry.

This role sits between the frontend and backend teams, owning work that crosses the boundary between them, using an AI coding agent to bridge gaps beyond your secondary-stack depth, while retaining full accountability for what ships. This is not a "senior in both stacks" role. It's built for an engineer who can go deep on one side, hold their own on the other, and knows how to direct (and verify) an AI agent for the rest.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of senior-level experience with either:
• Golang — RESTful APIs, MongoDB, NATS (or equivalent message queue), automated testing
• Working competence in the other stack: able to independently ship features with multi-step business logic (branching tied to domain rules), not just CRUD.
• Demonstrated experience directing AI coding agents on real production code — prompting for a specific output, reviewing and correcting generated code, and judging when the agent's output isn't good enough to merge.
• Strong knowledge of Git and agile workflow.
• Be comfortable participating in both frontend and backend team discussions and translating between them without needing a bridge person.
• Honest self-assessment of the limits of your secondary-stack competence — this role depends on knowing when to hand off to the agent (and then verify) versus when just to write the code.
• Strong written communication skills for documenting decisions at the boundary between stacks, legible to both specialist teams.

Responsibilities:

• Own features end-to-end in your primary stack (Angular or Golang) at a senior level.
• Independently design and ship features in your secondary stack that involve multi-step business logic (branching tied to domain rules) — not just CRUD or pass-through data.
• For cross-boundary tasks beyond your secondary-stack depth, use an AI coding agent to generate a working draft (e.g., a Go endpoint stub from an Angular service call, or an Angular service from an OpenAPI spec), then review, correct, and take full ownership of the output before merging.
• Write automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests on both sides of any code you own or modify.
• Participate in code review on both frontend and backend PRs, flagging cross-boundary issues even outside your primary stack.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and specialist engineers on both teams to scope and deliver features that span the BFF layer.
• Instrument and monitor code you own for observability (e.g., Prometheus metrics on backend services).

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Terraform, GitHub Actions.
• Familiarity with the OCPI protocol (https://evroaming.org/) or similar domain-specific API standard experience.
• Familiarity with UI/UX fundamentals: wireframing, prototyping, user-centered design.
