You should have 5+ years sales experience, fluent English, and a proven ability to convert inquiries into booked appointments with minimal handholding. Remote-friendly, fast onboarding included.

• Exceptional spoken English with a clear, polished style.
• Proven appointment setting and lead-conversion ability.

Responsibilities

• Inbound lead conversion and sales over the phone.
• Respond to inbound calls for salon and spa inquiries with a warm, professional demeanor.

• Address objections and close sales, including service packages and upsells.
• Follow up persistently with prospects and reactivate past clients.
