Savvital is seeking a results-driven Customer Experience & Sales Specialist to join our US-focused salon and spa client support team. You will drive revenue through phone-based lead conversion, appointment setting, and proactive client reactivation, delivering an exceptional experience.

You should have 5+ years sales experience, fluent English, and a proven ability to convert inquiries into booked appointments with minimal handholding. Remote-friendly, fast onboarding included.

About The Role

As a Customer Experience & Sales Specialist at Savvital, you will serve as a high-touch virtual professional for our US-based salon and barberspa clients. In this role, you are the primary voice of the business—responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience while driving revenue through phone sales, appointment setting, persistent lead conversion, and client win-back campaigns.

This role is ideal for a sales-driven professional with a polished, executive phone presence and a proven track record of converting inquiries into booked appointments with minimal hand-holding.

What You'll Be Doing

• Inbound Lead Conversion & Sales
• Answer & Handle Inbound Calls: Respond to inbound client calls for the salon and barberspa with a confident, warm, and highly polished phone demeanor.
• Convert Inquiries: Turn inbound phone calls, service inquiries, and warm leads into confirmed, booked appointments.
• Overcome Objections & Close: Confidently address client questions, navigate objections, and close sales over the phone, including service offerings, packages, and premium upsells.
• Outbound Lead Follow-Up & Client Reactivation
• Persistent Follow-Up: Execute structured, persistent follow-up sequences for prospects who have inquired but have not yet booked an appointment.
• Reactivate Lapsed Clients: Proactively contact past and inactive clients to win them back and bring them in for recurring appointments.
• Appointment Calendar Management
• Manage & Optimize Schedules: Manage the client appointment calendar end-to-end—booking, confirming, rescheduling, and strategically filling schedule gaps to maximize daily revenue.

Must-Have Requirements

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Sales Track Record: 5+ years of proven sales experience with a verifiable record of performance.
• Exceptional Spoken English: Clear, fluent, and polished English communication with little to no noticeable accent. (Note: Outstanding, natural spoken English is a critical requirement for this role).
• Proven Appointment Setting & Conversion: Demonstrated history of converting leads into paying clients and booking appointments—not just taking order calls.
• Outbound Follow-Up & Reactivation Expertise: Experience running structured follow-up sequences and winning back lapsed or past customers.
• Confident Phone Closer: Comfortable handling objections, offering recommendations, and directly asking for the booking.
• High Ownership & Fast Onboarding: Self-starter who is ready to perform and achieve results with minimal training.

Nice-to-Have Requirements

• Background or direct experience in a salon, spa, beauty, wellness, or appointment-based service environment.
• Experience utilizing booking software, scheduling platforms, and CRM tools.
