The role requires fluent English, strong improvisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple short calls autonomously in a remote, international setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in executive or virtual assistance or customer support via phone.
• Fluent, clear English with US-based interaction skills.
• Comfort with outbound calls and navigating IVR/phone menus.
• Reliable high-speed internet, quiet workspace, and quality headset.
• Hospitality/restaurant/travel industry exposure; negotiation or escalation skills a plus.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilités

• Place and receive phone calls on behalf of customers to complete tasks including reservations and vendor confirmations.
• Engage with businesses and service providers to gather information and fulfill requests professionally.
• Navigate phone menus and call centers to reach appropriate contacts for each task.
• Document outcomes and important details for every call interaction with accuracy.
• Handle a high volume of short, consecutive calls addressing various customer needs.
• Collaborate with other remote professionals to ensure a consistent customer service experience.
