SkillOnNet in Buenos Aires seeks a VIP Support Agent to cultivate long‑term relationships with our most loyal players. You will provide fast and accurate service and oversee a portfolio of VIP accounts using CRM tools.
The ideal candidate has customer service experience with VIP clients, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi‑task in an international team environment, while promoting Safer Gaming.
Formación
- Experience in customer service handling VIP clients.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Responsabilidades
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Provide fast, accurate and complete information by using the right methods/tool.
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Take the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Promoting a “Safer Gaming” philosophy.
- Staying UpToDate on rules, processes, and licensing needs.
