SkillOnNet in Argentina is seeking a Safer Gambling and AML Risk Analyst to safeguard players and ensure compliance with responsible gambling and AML standards. You will monitor activity, perform risk-based assessments, and take proportionate actions.

You will handle live chats, phone calls, account reviews, and Open Media Searches, documenting decisions and collaborating with teams to strengthen safety controls.

Formación

• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience in Responsible Gambling or AML/CFT is beneficial but not required.
• Ability to work in shifts and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Attention to detail is critical for identifying key information in transactions and accounts.
• Must be trustworthy with sensitive information and reliable in decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Handle Live Interactions with Players: conduct live chats to assess potential gambling-related harm and gather information.
• Manage phone calls with players when required, ensuring clear and empathetic communication.
• Account Assessments: analyze accounts triggering RG/AML thresholds, evaluate patterns and activity.
• Conduct Open Media Searches: gather information about players to inform risk assessments.
• Support Compliance Efforts: document assessments and actions, escalate cases when needed.
• Collaborate with Teams: share insights and improve safer gambling and regulatory processes.
• Continuous Learning: stay updated on RG and AML trends and best practices.
