SkillOnNet is seeking a Customer Support Representative in Argentina to assist customers in German and English. You will represent the company with a vibrant, responsible attitude and work in shifts.

You will handle Webchat, Email and Phone inquiries, ensuring high-quality experiences and first-contact resolutions. Training is provided in-house, and you will engage in onboarding programs, while contributing to a safe gaming environment.

Formación

• Fluent German (native level) and English fluency required.
• Customer service experience welcomed but training is provided.
• Demonstrates strong communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to adapt to diverse customer personas.
• Proficient computer skills and touch typing.
• Ability to perform under pressure and handle sensitive data with integrity.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with customers in designated languages via Webchat, Email and Phone.
• Provide high-quality service with attention to detail and first-contact resolution.
• Clarify issues, identify best action, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Escalate requests when needed and investigate player concerns.
• Promote a Safer Gaming philosophy and stay updated on rules and licensing.
• Participate in onboarding programs and contribute to team goals.
