BlockchainHQ seeks a UX Analyst (Product Workflows) to own end-to-end workflows from field capture to reporting. You’ll map how property managers work, identify friction, and redesign flows so engineers can build with minimal back-and-forth. This is a process-focused role, not a visual polish job, reporting to the Head of Engineering.

Fully remote across LATAM, ~40 hours/week, with some overlap to US Pacific hours. Compensation ranges in USD; contractors paid weekly.

Formación

• Experience designing complex, multi-step workflows in B2B/SaaS environments.
• Portfolio showing end-to-end workflow path from problem to final solution.
• Systems thinking: design for states, branches, errors, and edge cases.
• Write clear flow documentation and specs for engineering to build from.
• Strong Figma skills for mapping, prototyping, and handoff.
• AI fluency: using tools to move through options and specs faster without lowering quality.
• Awareness of accessibility considerations (contrast, tap targets, focus order).

Responsabilidades

• Map property management workflows end to end (field capture to review to report).
• Interview users in workflows and redesign with fewer steps.
• Define flow logic, branches, and edge cases for engineering.
• Design offline and retry states so users understand status with poor connectivity.
• Prototype in Figma and validate with usability checks.
• Provide annotated specs for engineering (states, rules, microcopy).
• Review builds, log issues, and confirm fixes before sign-off.
