YO AI Labs seeks an experienced Level 2 Tax & Accounting Support Specialist for remote work in Argentina. You will provide specialized accounting, tax, bookkeeping, and payroll support with strong technical judgment and independence.

Ideal candidates have CPA or EA credentials, and prior experience with US tax topics, audits, and complex inquiries. The role requires overlapping US business hours and ET coverage.

Qualifications

• Professional accounting experience, ideally with US accounting/tax exposure.
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, tax return review, reconciliations, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Experience handling complex tax and accounting inquiries and customer-facing support.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support for complex US accounting, tax, bookkeeping and payroll inquiries.
• Investigate and resolve escalated tickets and issues.
• Review and troubleshoot bookkeeping discrepancies and transactions.
• Explain tax notices, filing status questions and tax return queries within scope.
• Support payroll questions, setup and processing issues.
• Document resolutions and maintain customer records.
