Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support for complex US accounting, tax, payroll inquiries.
• Investigate and resolve escalated tickets; review reconciliations and transactions.
• Assist with tax notices, filing status questions, and tax return inquiries within scope.
• Support payroll questions and troubleshooting; document resolutions.
• Explain findings clearly via Zendesk, email, and phone support.
• Identify root causes and improve workflows and knowledge resources.
• Learn proprietary platforms and AI-assisted workflows.
