AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Consumer Tech Trainer to help internal teams adopt new Shopify tools for Unified Commerce launches. You will design training frameworks, build documentation and runbooks, and manage rollout lifecycles across teams.

The role emphasizes bridging technical delivery with business operations, driving adoption, and empowering teams through train‑the‑trainer methods while supporting cross‑functional collaboration.

Formación

• Outstanding soft skills and adaptable mindset.
• 2+ years in program or project management driving operational readiness or change.
• Experience conducting training sessions for cross‑functional audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Unified Commerce training program for Shopify operations and tools.
• Bridge technical delivery and regional business teams to enable collaboration.
• Define and document internal workflows, training runbooks, and repeatable processes post‑launch.
• Manage end‑to‑end lifecycle of the enablement program: scheduling, prioritization, adoption tracking.
• Identify bottlenecks and adoption issues and address with leadership.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and process improvement across teams.
