Activate Talent is seeking a Digital Product & Ecommerce Coordinator to manage Shopify-based product content, merchandising, and site optimization. You will align with marketing, design, and tech teams to ensure compelling product presentation and smooth catalog operations.

You will oversee content workflows, QA/UAT, and data governance, translating business needs into actionable tickets and clear acceptance criteria. This role emphasizes collaboration across regions and vendors.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in ecommerce/digital merchandising or similar roles.
• Strong visual eye for product imagery, styling, and brand presentation.
• Hands-on Shopify Plus experience, metafields and collections.
• QA/UAT experience and project-management skills with tools like Asana.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with developers, designers, and vendors.
• Detail-oriented with meticulous catalog accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Execute daily site merchandising based on GTM priorities, launches, and inventory; own product presentation across PDPs, PLPs, collections and landing pages.
• Build and maintain products, collections, navigation, and site content within Shopify; ensure accurate pricing and inventory; upload assets and copy.
• Own ongoing QA across content, merchandising, UX, and site functionality; document and coordinate resolutions for bugs.
• Audit the site to improve product discovery, navigation, and mobile UX using session recordings, heatmaps, and GA4/Shopify data.
• Maintain project tasks, timelines, dependencies, and follow-ups; translate business requirements into development tickets and acceptance criteria.
