AgileEngine is seeking a Consumer Tech Trainer to help internal teams adopt new Shopify tools for Unified Commerce launches. This role bridges technical delivery and business operations, building training frameworks, documentation, and runbooks using train-the-trainer methods.

You will manage rollout lifecycle, track adoption, and resolve bottlenecks across teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.

Formación

• Outstanding soft skills and adaptable mindset.
• 2+ years in program or project management, driving readiness or change.
• Experience conducting training sessions and delivering to business users.
• Experience establishing workflows and training frameworks from scratch.
• High level of organization, planning, prioritization and attention to detail.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a Unified Commerce training program to upskill internal teams on Shopify operations.
• Bridge technical delivery teams with regional operational or marketing teams for seamless collaboration.
• Define, document, and establish internal workflows, runbooks, and repeatable processes for post-launch support.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of this enablement program, including scheduling, prioritization, and tracking adoption.
• Identify critical bottlenecks or adoption issues and address them with leadership.
• Drive internal teams toward autonomy by fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
