AgileEngine is seeking a Consumer Tech Trainer to help internal teams adopt new Shopify tools for Unified Commerce launches. This role bridges technical delivery and business operations, building training frameworks, documentation, and runbooks using train-the-trainer methods.

You will manage the rollout lifecycle, track adoption, and resolve bottlenecks across teams, driving cross-functional collaboration and a culture of continuous learning.

Formación

• 2+ years of demonstrated experience in program or project management.
• Experience conducting training sessions and delivering to business users.
• Experience establishing training frameworks, workflows, and runbooks from scratch (train-the-trainer).
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Unified Commerce training program to upskill internal teams on Shopify operations and digital tools.
• Act as bridge between technical delivery teams and regional operational/marketing teams.
• Define and document internal workflows, training runbooks, and repeatable processes for post-launch support.
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of enablement program: scheduling, prioritization, tracking adoption.
