AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Consumer Tech Trainer to help internal teams adopt Shopify tools for Unified Commerce launches. You will build training frameworks, runbooks, and documentation, using train-the-trainer methods to roll out across regions.

You will manage the rollout lifecycle, track adoption, and identify bottlenecks while championing continuous learning and process improvement. This is a remote-friendly role with global teams.

Formación

• Outstanding soft skills, critical thinking, and adaptable mindset.
• 2+ years in program or project management, driving readiness or change initiatives.
• Experience conducting training sessions and delivering training to business users.
• Experience establishing workflows and training frameworks from scratch.
• Strong organization, planning, and attention to detail.
• Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-starter who solves problems and fills gaps.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a Unified Commerce training program and upskill internal teams on Shopify operations.
• Bridge technical delivery and regional marketing teams for seamless collaboration.
• Define, document, and establish internal workflows, training runbooks, and repeatable processes.
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of the enablement program including scheduling and tracking adoption progress.
• Identify bottlenecks and address adoption issues with leadership.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and process improvement.
