JPMorganChase in Argentina seeks a Securitized Products Transaction Management Analyst to oversee trade management and risk controls across multiple product lines. You will manage collateral, borrowing base calculations, and remittance requests while coordinating with clients, custodians, and internal teams.

In this role you will maintain up-to-date loan and collateral systems, resolve routine exceptions, and support audits and process improvements.

Formación

• Finance/Accounting degree or 2–4 years trade support/loan processing experience.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and control oriented.
• Ability to prioritize to meet client and Front Office demands.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; build client relationships.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Able to assimilate new products and processes quickly.

Job Description

Securitized Products Transaction Management Analyst

As a Transaction Management Analyst in the Securitized Products Middle Office (SPG MO) team, your daily responsibilities will include trade management, risk management and control of over various product lines. JPMorgan is currently the market leader across these areas and has been a key driver behind the ongoing development of the marketplace. Daily tasks include: Review of loans pledged as collateral, preparation and analysis of borrowing base calculations, processing of advances, paydowns, margin calls, and remittance requests. Job Responsibilities

• Review of loans pledged as collateral, preparation and analysis of borrowing base calculations, processing of advance and pay down requests, maintenance of deal terms in loan and collateral systems
• Update loan systems (LoanIQ/ABSolute) and collateral systems (Vulcan/Client Portal) timely with client activity
• Resolve routine exceptions regarding ineligible loans, failed sublimits, margin calls, and documentary exceptions with Clients and Front Office partners
• Perform various reconciliations and reporting at deal and business level
• Ensure compliance with audit, control and quality requirements
• Adhere to defined policies and procedures to ensure a controlled environment
• Communicate with Front Office, Trustees, Clients and other internal departments to support clients, resolve issues and respond to inquiries
• Participate in special projects and department/bank initiatives as necessary

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

• College degree in Finance/Accounting or 2-4 years equivalent work experience related to trade support and loan processing
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills
• Highly organized, extremely detailed and control orientated; strong desire to understand the full process/business flow
• Ability to effectively prioritize to meet the competing demands of Clients and Front Office partners
• Excellent communication (oral/written) and interpersonal skills; ability to develop relationships across several different client bases
• Strong PC Skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently (self-motivated and demonstrated leadership abilities) and within a team (strong teamwork skills)
• Ability to assimilate new products and processes quickly
