J.P. Morgan Asset & Wealth Management is seeking a Trade Support Analyst to provide operational support for trade corrections across separately managed, brokerage and self-directed accounts, covering equities, mutual funds and fixed income.

The role requires strong English communication, analytical thinking and a detail-oriented, self-motivated mindset. You will collaborate across Middle Office, Finance, IT and Risk to optimize processes and automate where possible.

Formación

Fluency in English (oral and written).
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Intermediate Excel skills and above.
Background in securities markets, their products and asset classes.
Self-starter with high accuracy and detail orientation.

Responsabilidades

Provide operational support for trade corrections across multiple account types.
Analyze complex processes, identify risks and propose solutions.
Ensure written processes and procedures are followed.
Work on Middle Office, Trade Corrections, and Operations projects.
Coordinate with Operations, Finance, IT, Risk, Compliance and Senior Management.
Identify opportunities to automate processes and reduce manual touchpoints.
Conduct process reviews and optimization.
