J.P. Morgan is seeking a Trading Services Associate to understand trading structures, capture transactions accurately, and perform reconciliation controls. The role focuses on end-of-day and intraday processes with close collaboration across Operations, Finance, and Risk teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and numerical abilities, excellent Excel skills (VBA a plus), and a proven track record in meticulous controls and process improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Understand derivatives and hedging products (e.g. Interest Rate Swaps, FX, Bonds)
• Knowledge of front-to-back Operations (confirmations, settlements, regulatory reporting)
• Collaborate with Finance, Market Risk, Legal, and other teams
• Clear communication and collaboration across teams
• Attention to detail and ownership
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Strong problem solving and project management skills
• Advanced Excel skills, VBA a plus

Responsabilidades

• Capture all transactions timely and accurately in Risk Management Systems
• Run intraday and end-of-day processes with reconciliation checks
• Support operations and infrastructure teams to enable a unified approach
• Ensure all controls are performed, signed off, and reported
• Communicate effectively with support teams to resolve queries promptly
• Participate in strategic initiatives and drive process improvements
• Develop deep understanding of trading structures from financial and operational perspectives
