NCR Atleos is seeking a detail‑oriented Ticket Management Jr Analyst to support daily service delivery, coordinating requests, tracking activities, and documenting information. This role interfaces with field teams, customers, and internal stakeholders to maintain smooth operations and adhere to SLAs.

The ideal candidate is organized, customer‑focused, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment while following defined processes and service commitments.

Formación

• 0-2 years of experience in operations, coordination, customer service, administration, logistics, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Create and maintain service requests in internal systems.
• Ensure service requests contain accurate information, including appointment details and customer information.
• Track service progress and monitor SLA compliance.
• Generate and update operational tickets as required.
• Coordinate service appointments with field teams and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor scheduled activities and provide follow‑up when needed.
• Assist in identifying and communicating potential service delays or issues.
• Review customer communications and process access‑related requests.
• Maintain and update access records and supporting documentation.
• Collect, organize, and manage required customer documentation.
• Ensure records are maintained within defined timelines.
• Communicate appointment details and service updates to customers and internal teams.
• Create and maintain collaboration channels for cases and escalations.
• Provide timely updates regarding operational activities and service progress.
• Support effective communication between field service, engineering, and customer teams.
• Assist in monitoring field service activities and escalations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational challenges.
• Participate in discussions related to high‑priority service cases.
