NCR Atleos is seeking a PS Technical Analyst to join its global Professional Services team. This role supports software implementation projects, collaborates with customers, and acts as a bridge between business and technology teams to ensure successful deployments.

You will gather requirements, analyze processes, design To-Be states, create deployment roadmaps, and manage timelines while maintaining strong client relationships and reporting to senior stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years in Technical Analysis, Software Implementation, or Professional Services.
• Experience with software implementation or deployment projects.
• Knowledge of SQL Server, relational databases, SQL queries, and stored procedures.
• Exposure to application servers such as Tomcat.
• Strong understanding of business processes and technical systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Advanced English and Spanish, used daily with international stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Support customers through software implementation and deployment projects.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Review data and processes to identify optimal configurations.
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Conduct As-Is and To-Be process analyses to identify gaps and improvements.
• Develop implementation roadmaps and assist with project planning.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Monitor system performance and report status and milestones.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
