NCR Atleos is seeking a Billing & Revenue Analyst to join our Finance team in Buenos Aires. This role supports billing operations, invoicing, and revenue-related processes while ensuring conformance with internal controls and contractual requirements.

The successful candidate will collaborate with Revenue Analysts, Accounting, and Operations to ensure accurate transactions, timely invoicing, and high-quality financial reporting. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in billing, accounts receivable, finance operations, revenue accounting, or similar analytical roles.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage customer billing processes to ensure accurate and timely invoice generation.
• Create and process invoices for customer sales orders and miscellaneous billing requests.
• Review billing transactions to ensure compliance with contractual terms, customer agreements, and internal SOX controls.
• Partner with Revenue Analysts to resolve billing discrepancies and support revenue recognition activities.
• Upload invoices and supporting documentation into customer portals and online payment platforms.
• Process and maintain installation base data updates through Oracle interface systems.
• Interface inventory subsystem transactions into the General Ledger and support reconciliation activities.
• Assist with accounting and bookkeeping functions, including transaction reviews and financial reporting.
• Generate ad hoc reports and analysis to support business and operational needs.
• Monitor billing workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Manage escalated requests, prioritize multiple tasks, and provide timely resolutions.
• Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives as assigne.

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Billing & Revenue Analyst to join our Finance team.
