NCR Atleos is seeking a PS Technical Analyst to join its global Professional Services team. This role supports software implementation projects, collaborates with customers, and acts as a bridge between business and technology teams to ensure successful deployments.

You will gather requirements, analyze processes, design To-Be states, create deployment roadmaps, and manage timelines while maintaining strong client relationships and reporting to senior stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years in Technical Analysis, Software Implementation, or Professional Services.
• Experience with software implementation or deployment projects.
• Knowledge of SQL Server, relational databases, SQL queries, and stored procedures.
• Exposure to application servers such as Tomcat.
• Strong understanding of business processes and technical systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Advanced English and Spanish, used daily with international stakeholders.

We are looking for a PS Technical Analyst to join our global Professional Services team. This role is ideal for a technical professional with experience supporting software implementation projects, working closely with customers, and acting as a bridge between business and technology teams. As part of a highly collaborative and multicultural global organization, you will support the deployment and implementation of software solutions for customers worldwide. You will be involved in requirements gathering, solution design, project coordination, system analysis, and customer support throughout the implementation lifecycle. This is not a software development role. Instead, it combines technical analysis, project coordination, process improvement, and client engagement to ensure successful customer implementations and long‑term satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Support customers throughout software implementation and deployment projects.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Review customer data and business processes to identify optimal solution configurations.
• Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Conduct As-Is process analysis to understand current workflows and requirements.
• Design To-Be processes, identifying gaps, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop implementation roadmaps and support project planning activities.
• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Monitor system performance and communicate status, dependencies, and milestones.
• Manage project requests, track progress, and provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Present business requirements, project benefits, and performance metrics to senior stakeholders.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Technical Analysis, Software Implementation, Professional Services or related.
• Experience working with software implementation or deployment projects.
• Knowledge of SQL Server, relational databases, SQL queries, and stored procedures.
• Exposure to application servers such as Tomcat.
• Strong understanding of business processes and technical systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, global environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Advanced English and Spanish language skills are required, as English is used daily within the team and with international stakeholders.
