Windsor Management is seeking a proactive, people-oriented property operations specialist. You will receive inbound tenant requests, coordinate with property managers and vendors, and prioritize issues to keep buildings running smoothly while delivering excellent service.

In this role you will bid and manage vendor and building contracts, track preventative maintenance, review pricing, and nurture professional relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Receive inbound calls, emails, and work orders and coordinate with managers, vendors, and staff.
• Bid and manage vendor and building contracts.
• Track and coordinate periodic preventative maintenance with vendors.
• Review vendor pricing and performance on a regular basis.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate scopes and pricing.
• Influence vendors to drive timely resolution while maintaining professional relationships.
• Balance urgency, cost, and service quality in operational decisions.
• Proactively identify operational risks and implement preventative solutions.
